How much does shipping cost?

To keep everything simple we offer a $4.00 flat rate on all domestic orders containing a single shirt or a single hat. No matter where you are in the States you will always pay the same price for these single items. Additional shirts increase shipping cost at a rate of $1 per additional item. All other items will be calculated for you before you check out so you know whats going on!

Do I get an email confirmation when I order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted. This email will let you know that we are in our workshop happily cranking away on your new gear. If you don’t receive an confirmation email it could be that your Email Client has marked us as SPAM and put us in your SPAM folder. I know right? A whole folder of SPAM sounds amazing.

How do I track a package?

A tracking number will be sent out to you in your confirmation email after you submit your order. Then you can stalk your shirt every step of the way. You know, to let them know they are loved and you are watching over them.

What’s the processing time for a package?

Everything here at Happy For No Good Reason is made to order. There is no stale gross shirts sitting on a shelf for months here. Only fresh delicious wondrous new clothes. Its our goal to have every order processed, printed, loved, and in the mail within 47.7 hours. The 0.7 is just to allow for knock knock jokes and other unforeseen things. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 2-5 days.

Do you ship international?

We love traveling, but our products are still learning how to fly. At this time we only ship within the United States. As our products grow up it is our hope to offer international options sometime in the very near future.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Currently we do not ship to APO and FPO addresses, it is something that we hope to offer in the next few months!

Where do I find sizing information?

How do I check my order status?

After placing an order you will be automatically notified by email when your order status changes. You can also log into your account and view your order status from the Recent Orders list.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order you can cancel it while it is pending or processing by logging into your account. Under “Recent Orders, click “Send Cancel Request” next to the order you wish to cancel. You will receive an email confirmation and the status of your order will change while our team will processes your cancellation.

Can I save my details for faster future orders?

You are able to save your contact details directly within your account. You can save multiple addresses in the edit account details screen, or directly from checkout. As we use PayPal as our payment processing system, you must save payment details by creating a PayPal account.  You are not required to create a PayPal account to check out with PayPal.

How do I change my account details?

You can modify your account details by clicking My Account after logging in. You can also modify your addresses from the checkout screen.

What form of payments are accepted?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and Paypal. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, cash or money orders at this time. Other forms of payments we do not accept yet include warm hugs, high fives, and properly timed winks.

When is my card charged?

You card is charged when the order is placed. We do not store your info on file.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Only if you have the pleasure of living in the fantastic state of North Carolina. Because we have a physical structure in NC we are required to collect sales tax here. It is kinda like an awesome tax for experiencing the majesty which is NC.

What name appears on my bill?

Our name will appear as HAPPYREASON on your creditcard or paypal statement.

How do I exchange an item?

Did you order the wrong size or the wrong color? It is all good. We understand that accidents happen. Please view our full Return and Exchange Policy.

We love the way your brain works! But currently we are not buying designs or ideas. If you just want to say hey and shoot us an idea that you would like to see you are totally welcome to send it to Awesome@hfngr.com. We hope to be able to accept new designs here in the next few months! Info about submitting designs will be updated here in the FAQ section.

Where can I find your stuff?

If you cannot find a store locator on the website you are not crazy. We currently are only available online. Although the irony of not being able to find a store locator link is not lost on us.

Can I make a custom order?

Currently we do not do custom orders. If you are having a family reunion or starting to print your own gear then we salute you! High fives all around! Unfortunately, at this time we are only set up to print the designs and gear that you see on our website.
