Wrong item or Defective Material
We want you to be absolutely happy more than anything in the universe. It goes without saying if there is a defect in the garment or decal we will replace the item free of charge. Please send us an email with the following information:
If you would like to make an exchange, please make sure that items are unwashed and unworn! Send us an email at email@example.com and include the information below.
When requesting an exchange remember to include:
- Include your information (order number, email, name)
- The specific shirts and sizes (also if its guys or gals) that you are wanting to exchange
- Guys and Gals sizes XXL add 1.00
- The address you want us to ship too

Please be aware:
The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us. Please ship it with tracking information as we are not responsible for the shirt if it gets lost in the mail. We suggest USPS as they have the most reasonable rates. We will pay for the new item back out to you because we love you so.
Currently, we are a made to order business. While we always want you to be especially happy we do not provide refunds for buys remorse. If there is a defect in the clothing or print we would be happy to replace/ refund the item. You have 30 days from when you received the item to file a defective item return. After this time we will consider it a non-refundable purchase. Please include a few photos of the defect and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org Also, let us know if you would like to have a refund or if you would just like a new item shipped to you. If you just need a different color or size please see EXCHANGES. Refunds will always include sales tax. Usually, we can replace the damaged item just by seeing the photos of the defect but sometimes we will require the item back to see why it is having issues. If this is the case we will send you additional instructions and a return label to send the defective item back. Please know that we cannot refund an item if you are no longer in possession of it. Please keep it until you are advised otherwise.
For defects or issues we will always push these to the front of the line. Otherwise, please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. Exchanges are subject to availability. We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange.
