Exchanges

Unwashed, unworn items in good condition can be exchanged within 45 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Make sure that you get tracking on the product that you are shipping back to us. We are not responsible for the product if we don’t receive it! Because we know its frustrating to ship something back, for exchanges we will pay to ship the correct item back out to you once we receive your return. And just a friendly heads up USPS is probably going to be your cheapest option.

When requesting an exchange remember to include:

  1. Which are you: Gal/ Guy/ Kid
  2. The Design you wanted
  3. The size of the product
  4. The color of the product (check colors available)
  5. Your name ( also feel free to make up a cool middle nickname like John “Danger” Smith)
  6. Your order number
  7. Your email

How long to process a refund?

All refunds are credited via the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to show up in your account. For you guys in North Carolina, refunds will also include sales tax.

Is there a restocking fee?

Heck no. That’s not how we roll.

I was sent defective / wrong product

Dude! That’s not cool at all. We will make it right. Please let us know what happened so we can correct our mistake. Of course we will pay to ship the correct item back to you and get you a prepaid label so that you can send the defective/ wrong product back to us.

We pride our company on having a super high quality product through and through. We want that shirt to still be kicking butt when you are much older and much awesomer (if that’s even possible).

Defective Products

Please let us know what went wrong! Be as specific as possible. Also include if you want the same product replaced or if you are feeling frisky and want to change it up. If you want to change your product please include:
